Terms and Conditions

All catering orders require 50% payment at time of order. The other 50% payment is required at agreed delivery date. If the order is cancelled after the initial 50% deposit, then our customer forfeits the deposit.

Customers may reduce, subtract, or substitute items of an order without additional charge up to 8 days before the agreed delivery date. If customers reduce, subtract, or substitute items of an order in 7 days or less before the agreed delivery date, then an additional service fee of 25% of the item will be charged, payable at time of the change.

Customers may increase or add to items of an order up to 4 days before the agreed delivery date. If customers increase or add to items of an order in 3 days or less before the agreed delivery date, then an additional service fee of 25% of the item will be charged, payable at time of the change.

A deposit of $100 is required for each piece of Mulberry Catering NY equipment used at an event. Examples of pieces of equipment include, but are not limited to, trays, platters, bowls, utensils, and displays. The equipment deposit is required at time of order and will be immediately returned if the equipment is returned to Mulberry Catering NY in the condition it was received. If the equipment is damaged, our customer forfeits the deposit for that damaged equipment. 

Returning the equipment to Mulberry Catering NY's address is the responsibility of our customers. Equipment must be returned cleaned and within 3 days after the delivery date or our customer forfeits the equipment deposit.

A set-up service charge of 15% of the total order is added to all orders. The set-up service includes transport, placement, and food and table design. The set-up service charge includes using Mulberry Catering NY’s equipment or our customers’ equipment.
